At Hwy 54 Boutique, all items are made to order, meaning each piece is crafted specifically for you. Due to this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at shophwy54@gmail.com within [3] days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A description of the defect
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement for the defective item.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the longevity of your apparel, please follow the care instructions provided. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper washing, drying, or handling. Refunds or replacements will not be issued if care instructions are not followed.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, a claim will be filed and only store credit will be issued.
